Chrisley Knows Best star Chrisley Knows Best has been imprisoned since their conviction on numerous federal charges in 2022 – bank fraud and tax evasion among them – plus ordered to pay restitution and fines.
Todd and Julie were charged with falsified documents to secure over $30 Million in fraudulent loans while concealing income from their reality show, for which they received 12 and 7 year sentences respectively.
Since her parents reported to federal prison in January 2023 to serve their sentences, Savannah has served as an intermediary. She has openly discussed their legal battles on a podcast. Savannah even hinted at returning them to television screens via reality shows in the future.

Chrisley Knows Best first introduced audiences to Todd and Julie Chrisley’s unique family in 2014. The series followed this real estate tycoon and his God-fearing wife as they raised Lindsie, Kyle, Chase, Savannah and Grayson – five children for whom Chrisley Knows Best chronicled.

Grayson Chrisley
Grayson Chrisley, born to Todd and Julie Chrisley who were both recently sentenced to jail terms due to their convictions of bank fraud and tax evasion, shared in Savannah Chrisley’s Unlocked podcast how difficult it has been visiting them while they are behind bars. Grayson opened up about what has made visitations more challenging while they are behind bars.
Grayson shared that he and his family are doing everything possible to remain optimistic; however, reality is taking its toll. Additionally, due to the situation surrounding his parents’ health concerns, he has stopped watching Chrisley Knows Best.
Grayson and his sister are currently under Savannah’s primary custody with Chloe (Their 10-year-old niece), where the two discussed future plans; one such plan being whether or not Grayson should attend college.
